Outsource 3 normally works on the same principle as independent financial advisors, in that we are paid by offshore providers and therefore do not directly charge our clients. However, this is in principle and as every organisation is different, we treat each client's needs on an individual basis and will accommodate custom arrangements.

Post-implementation support is typically provided at the rate of one hour free per £1000 of project cost. If you require additional support time, this may incur charges from us.

To quantify the potential savings that can be achieved, end user costs that would normally be between £30 - £60ph are reduced to a maximum of between £18 - £36ph. This is based on a 40% cost reduction, a level which we consider to be the minimum cost reduction available.
